To personalize, simply add the name(s) you want in the order notes or send an email with your order number. Maximum of 6 letters per name. Free embroidery is available only when purchasing two or more prayer mats. Any personalized orders will be shipped within 5 working days.
Shipping & Returns
Enjoy free shipping within the UK on orders over £40, with delivery expected in 1-3 working days. For orders under £40, express shipping is available at a standard rate.
We also offer international shipping, with costs calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 working days for the United States and Europe, and 12-14 working days for the rest of the world.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, a full refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.
