If your product arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, we will promptly send you a free replacement or offer a full refund. We cannot refund personalised Items or sale items. More information is available to view in our Refund Policy.

For all customers outside of the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. The declared value on your package will be accurate, by law, to what your subtotal is. If a package is sent back to us due to the refusal of duty payment, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost that we paid.

All product descriptions state the material that has been used to create the product. Depending on this, each jewellery material will have different care instructions.

At Hearts of Jannah, we aim to deliver the highest quality, however all jewellery can be preserved longer with a little care. Please avoid contact with bleach, sanitiser, greasy creams, etc on Plated jewellery. Our jewellery will not turn your skin "Green" however, the higher exposure to chemicals the quicker the colour will fade away. By following jewellery care you should see no signs of wear for up to 2-3 years.

If Jewellery gets wet, simply pat it dry with a towel. Some pieces can be quite delicate and dainty, so we recommend that you handle them with love when fastening and removing them.

Hearts of Jannah is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery.

We love stainless steel because it doesn't harm the person making or wearing it & it's well known for its high resistance to tarnish and corrosion. All our products that have a base of stainless steel can be worn in water with no risk of tarnishing.

Items involving Gold plating need to be carefully looked after to sustain their plating.

A base metal such as stainless steel is dipped into a bath of electroplating solution, with a lump of solid 18k gold. When an electric current is applied, a thin layer of gold is deposited on the metal. Since the plating is quite thin, the plate and hence the colour can wear off.

To keep your gold plated Jewellery looking new, avoid contact with the following:

Perfume
Chlorine
Household Cleaners
Skin Lotion
Do not wash
Remove ALL gold plated jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping.

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to gold plating. If you are susceptible to this, please avoid buying gold plated jewellery. We do not offer refunds or returns for this reason. We apologise in advance.

If you receive a defective item, this must be reported within 7 days of your marked delivery date.
